Job Description

365 days a year, our global manufacturing and supply network works to ensure our patients have the treatments they need to live longer, healthier lives.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Program / Global Level
•Development and sign off of the global Training Needs Analysis for the respective func-tion
•Development of the global Training Curriculum, including course outlines for the respec-tive function
•Resource planning for content creation for the respective function
•Management of the global learning content creation (incl. in application training) for re-spective function, including required variants where applicable
•Responsible for the tracking and reporting of the global learning content development and change management for the respective function
•Design of the train-the-trainer program for respective function
•Development of the learning requirements to deliver training, e.g. data requirements, business scenarios, SAP environment configuration, refresh strategies, workbooks etc
Country / Local Level
•Support Local Learning Strategy
•Support the development Local learning toolkit
•Support development of the Local learning deployment approach, including train-the-trainer

Minimum Requirements

•Strategic thinking, planning and execution; business savvy
•Consulting, facilitation and business partnering skills
•Ability to work with a cross-functional, cross-cultural team within a matrix organization
•Strong customer service orientation
•Project management, experience of managing multiple complex projects at the same time
•Knowledge of adult learning theory and practice; knowledge of learning effectiveness evalua-tion methodologies (Kirkpatrick etc)
•Proficiency in rapid development elearning tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Captive etc, would be advantageous
•Demonstrates strong self-awareness and continually seeks feedback to support own develop-ment
•Demonstrates empathetic servant-leadership, building an effective and motivated team
