Job Summary:
Aseptic Products Ljubljana provides advanced pharmaceutical products to patients around the world. We are looking for several colleagues to join our motivated team as QA Operations Specialist I in the Aseptic Products Manufacturing Unit in the areas of Process, Product, Equipment, HVAC Systems, and Utilities.
Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Working with regular sterile product manufacturing to:
- developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with the quality system of regular processes and products for the market,
- developing, implementing, and ensuring quality system compliance in the control of equipment/systems to ensure adequate air and utilities in production areas.
• Participation in highly professional project teams and cross-functional teams in:
- introduction of new technologies, equipment, process optimization and upgrades,
- transferring new biosimilar products into production,
- implementation of projects in the context of regular production and
- the implementation of strategic projects.
• Review and approval of technical and engineering documentation.
• Preparation and management of inspections.
• Conducting internal quality system audits, change management, and approving annual quality reviews of products, processes, and systems.
• Approving the deviations and complaints investigations as well as helping to find the root cause/reasons for deviations in the process.
• Providing training on good pharmaceutical practice.

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• A university degree in a relevant science discipline (pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, chemical technology and other life sciences) or
a university degree in a technical discipline (mechanical, electrical, other technical sciences), especially for quality assurance tasks for equipment, air conditioning systems, and media
• Active knowledge of English.
• Preferably work experience in manufacturing, development, or other quality-related professional experience.
• Desire for new skills and personal development.
