As a Neuroscience Portfolio Lead, you will be pivotal in driving commercial outcomes across the Neurology community within Victoria East and Tasmania. You will lead the orchestration, execution and customer engagement of your strategic account plans, enabling broader reach of our medicines for people living with Multiple Sclerosis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for driving sales, promotion and development in designated accounts for the Neuroscience commercial team with a primary focus on Kesimpta
• Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans for priority accounts and key customers, ensuring cross-functional stakeholders engagement to deliver on barriers and opportunities.
• Proactively engage with new ways of connecting HCPs to Novartis value (digital solutions, healthcare system partnerships)
• Lead the delivery of insight-driven activities for the account including identification and prioritisation of brand focus
• Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers by co-creating solutions that meet their needs & objectives.
• Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the Novartis CRM system.
• Master product and disease area knowledge, support other team members and share learnings
• Complete all administrative requirements in a timely and accurate manner (AEs, CRM, Product complaints, training etc)
