As Digital & Data Operations Manager, you will ensure a smooth user experience on rolled out applications, managing maintenance, user access and user support. You will work with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve process stability and efficiency and will lead projects to enhance existing tools based on business requirements
.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure smooth user experience on rolled out applications
- User access management (SAP, Salesforce, Qlik Sense)
- Incident management and escalation
- Regular system maintenance and updates
- Training and onboarding of new team members
- First line user support
• Implement process and system enhancements
- Project management support
- Process documentation, analysis and improvement in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Change Management and Continuous Improvement
- Ensuring Data Privacy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Manage selected data ingestion processes
- Excel data files export, transformation and upload
- Data quality controls
• Reporting and Analytics Support

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fluent in English and German
• Experience with MS Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, MS Forms, Power Automate) and administration of SAP and Salesforce and Cloud Platforms
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense (or other data visualization tools) and Alteryx
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including issue resolution & root cause analysis
• Ability to structure and manage complex information to retain institutional knowledge
• Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Requirements:
• Proficiency in French
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
