Business Intelligence Manager (f/m/d), Contract Manufacturing (CDMO) Prague, Poland, India

12! This is the number of Novartis Biotech manufacturing facilities worldwide for which you will take the responsibility to identify and contact new customers for contract manufacturing business in Global Biotech Cooperations.

Your key responsibilities:
• Drives defined marketing strategy in alignment with the business development leadership team.
• Supports digital marketing activities (e.g. Social media campaign) for business development
• Supports the preparation of Webinars, Conferences and marketing materials (e.g. Factsheets, brochures etc)
• Screens and manages third-party suppliers to align with the strategic objectives of business development
• Anticipate future market trends in the contract manufacturing field and supports business development in identifying business needs (e.g. SWOT) and business opportunities
• Collect and compile marketing data for deep dive evaluation (e.g. Social media campaign review performance)
• Partner with key stakeholders (e.g. communication, legal, key account management) to achieve marketing and competitive intelligence goals.
• Support budget planning process for the Marketing and competitive intelligence activities

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree (e.g. Business Management, Science)
• English proficient, German (Optional)
• 5+ years total experience in digital marketing / competitive intelligence, project management within pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated experience working with global cross functional teams
• Strong communication and excellent analytical skills
• Proficiency in business tools (e.g. Sales force, MS office)
