Job Description

The TA Ecosystem Lead is responsible for understanding and developing a clear guide to the assigned healthcare ecosystem, mapping and building relationships with key stakeholders in the system in support of Novartis’ business goals.
• Continuously create new value while incorporating not only short-term results but also medium- and long-term perspectives, leading to an improvement in NPKK's presence.
• Collaborate with sales departments and related departments at head office to optimize and maximize the activities of each brand.
• Make diversity a strength of the organization and promote an organizational culture that allows bold challenges without fear of risk.

Your responsibilities,
• Hold responsibility for achieving TA business goals within the ecosystem, sensing market and customer needs.
• Synthesize a deep understanding of the customer and patient journey within the ecosystem, and key points for intervention.
• Be aware of Novartis business challenges, organizational priorities across TA strategy and account management activities.
• Specify requirements for BE&E / V&A / Medical engagement within the ecosystem in line with TA strategy needs and in support of the Agile Execution Lead.
• Use knowledge of ecosystem business, political, cultural, and professional issues to tailor TA resources and requests in addressing ecosystem opportunities and challenges.
• Communicate appropriate safety information in accordance with internal procedures and instructions
• Appropriate reporting of side effects, quality complaints, and compliance issues in accordance with internal procedures
• Ensuring quality during PMS execution in accordance with protocols, monitoring plans, quality standards and regulations

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Languages: Japanese, Native Experience/Professional requirement:
• A minimum of 5-year experience in the healthcare industry
• Deep experience in building relationships with Hematology KOLs and/or other healthcare system stakeholders

Competency
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary and/or matrixed teams
• Ability to synthesize complex information for communication with cross-functional teams
• Ability to deeply understand our customers and identify their unmet needs
• Broader perspective beyond conventional Pharma business
• Action orientated
