Your key responsibilities:

• Support the team in the operational conversion of P&O strategic objectives. -Provide support and specific advice in the implementation of processes and standards for all P&O Services aspects (e.g. services, processes, continuous improvement) and provide guidance and assistance on problems and requests to customers/users through consulting and training.

• Support the identification and planning of services P&O Services will provide. -Handle standard service requests, answer questions, resolve problems if possible or support problem resolution by close collaboration with next level support and/or experts -Perform user administration tasks (e.g. access management).

• Track service requests and troubleshoots – analyze error messages and questions -Support periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives -Support personnel cost budgeting process and control. -Support evaluation of the services / processes / continuous improvement in scope.

• Contribute to P&O Services projects at country or BU level Service Delivery & Operational Excellence -Provides day-to-day P&O Services Delivery operations with compiling and entering data, & reconcile errors to maintain accurate & complete HR, Payroll & time & attendance records, all in timely & accurate manner -Acts as subject matter expert for P&O Services related to data & processes

• Ensures maintenance of all relevant HR related data is correct & complete -Ensures compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines & other relevant guidelines across identified geographies -Performs country specific Data consistency check -Respects & follows the payroll calendar to prepare the necessary payroll inputs -Supports SOX Controls & internal Financial & HR controls -Resolves P&O Services related queries & issues within the standard established time frames raised by various stakeholders, incl. associates

• Escalates requests & issues that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate escalation point of contact (i.e. IT / Time Services Delivery Manager / People Partner) -Close collaboration with country people partners to manage operation inquiries, escalations & stakeholder management -Core T&A Technology Activities & BAU Tasks -Highlights exceptions & deviations

• Extracts regular & ad hoc reports needed for P&O Services upon request and get support from reporting team when needed -Identifies and gathers system enhancements and change requests to report and coordinates with IT and/or global support team

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Education: Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field is preferred (Master degree is preferred)

• Languages: Excellent English spoken and written; Additional knowledge of Spanish, French, German, Mandarin added advantage

• Experience: Min. 3 years’ experience in HR Services operation on a HR Solution platform and background in HR Services either in Payroll-Time or HR Technology as added plus

• Experience with transformation initiatives and transition projects is a plus Workday/SuccessFactor

• Mexico located
