Job Description

Develop Omnichannel strategy at the enterprise level and build digital solutions to enhance customer experience & engagement as well as maximize the sales contribution to brands of IMI Japan. Lead the digital transformation across the organization by developing new channels or platform and enhance quality and impact of customer experience through the OCE acceleration & implementation.

Your key responsibilities:
• Act as a country representative of HCP Portal and design the holistic omnichannel based customer experience across the organization by the collaboration with key stakeholders in Japan and global.
• Develop the opportunities to build the unmet needs channel for HCP and integrate with HCP portal
• Lead to run the Omnichannel use case with relevant global team
• Omnichannel daily management including the integrated (or new) MLR processes
• Act as capability pool lead, partner with TT team or medical team to evaluate and implement digital solutions that supports business needs and enables customer engagement
• Collaborate with global digital/brand leadership to design and execute an insights-driven Omnichannel strategy followed by the brand strategy.
• Select key performance metrics. Create and monitor digital solution environment

Key Performance Indicators
• Product sales impact through the digital platform or digital solution
• Development of new channels by leveraging digital solution
• Delivery of key projects / tools across the organization or the country
• Feedback score from the stakeholder internally and externally
• Customer satisfaction for our existing channels

Minimum Requirements

Desirable requirements:
Education:
• A University level (bachelors) degree in relevant subject

• Experience in digital marketing with track records (10 years at least)

Experience/Professional requirement:
• Experience in website direction which is able to provide the customer experience with potential/existing customers through the website channel
• E-commerce & pharmaceutical industry experiences are valuable
• Strategic and logical thinking with commercial mind
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external audiences.
• Ability to champion change and drive innovative thinking
• Intense curiosity, collaborative spirit, empathy, and passion for problem solving

Language Skill:
• Japanese: Business level
