Job Description

Lead the creation and designing of impactful customer experience (Cx) strategy (how to win) for multiple brands in partnership with global and local counterparts that is aligned to the brand strategy (where to play)

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Create and design Cx strategy for patients, healthcare professionals and stakeholders in healthcare system across all touchpoints, integrated with brand strategy

- Drive Cx data requirements & customer insights gathering

- Drive quantification of customer lifetime value and identification of Most Valuable Customers (MVC)

- Cross-functional orchestration of gathering Cx feedback and closing the loop

- Anticipate unmet needs and forecast customer trends including customer & competitor intelligence

- Deliver unparalleled customer experience and maximize impact

- Ensure internal Cx activators (sales, digital team, etc) fully understand the Cx strategy

Minimum Requirements
