In order to lead the organization in adopting new ways of working, the role of the Mature Portfolio Strategy Lead will focus on developing and testing novel ways of promoting and driving the sales of our mature & non-TA brands. The purpose of the role is to re-invent the driving growth of established & non-TA brands.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Accountable for delivering brand performance with respect to sales, market share, and profitability to meet or exceed budget targets for non-TA brands
• Increase Customer Lifetime value of mature brands
• Drive the growth of the Mature & non-TA brands by establishing growth plans for existing products, effectively managing their life cycle, establishing and managing effective strategic partnerships
• Entrepreneurial approach to portfolio management to optimize ROI across a diverse range of brands through the lifecycle by actively investing across brands with shared/pooled services and flexibly budgeting according to prioritized outcomes.
• Leveraging targeted strategies and innovative, cost-effective GTM models to efficiently commercialize non-priority diverse set of brands. Use omnichannel engagement channels, innovative access models & cross-portfolio reimbursement deals / discounts to maximize value across the lifecycle, including Business-to-business selling, account management and contracting focus, “non-personal promotion” to HCPs

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field;
• Significant experience in sales, in the pharmaceutical market, preferable within a multinational corporation;
• Experience in marketing & sales/supply/commercial position is mandatory;
• Proven ability to manage succesfull team of direct reports
• Extensive experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders (contract negotiations, establishing commercial and financial conditions, special campaigns, management of claims);
• English and Romanian Fluent
