Job Description

【The Position】
Anticipate business challenges/needs and communicate with franchise heads to identify company capabilities gap and training imperatives, design and implement the training curriculum. Ensure the quality and effectiveness of capability building which is aligning with cross-functions’ training needs and standard. Be capable of internal trainer to deliver training courses, launch new training courses/training programs and capability building strategy, plan and activities in line with corpo-rate strategy regionally or globally.

【Major Accountabilities】
•Evaluate company capability gap and define company capability building strategy to support company building related competency with future growth.
•Initiate cross function discussion to consolidate capability and training road map and design related material and or activities to support associates get related competency.
•Communicate and Identify departments, teams and individual training need. Than develop and/or conduct programs in collaboration with relevant manager and/or external /international trainer.
•Prepare annual budget based and needs assessment and tracking company capability growth status to adjust plan.

Minimum Requirements

【Education】
Bachelor degree or above, MBA, master degree preferable healthcare related background is a plus

【Language】
Basic English Communication

【Experience】
•8+ years of experience in sales or commercial roles, with Project management and TBM experience is required. TA experience is a plus.
•Coaching and leadership: Develop and motivate direct reports and build capabilities of team
•Previous experiences in consultancy, specialize in customer marketing, sales
•Strong stakeholders management, excellent communication skills, strategic and lateral thinking
•Deep experience in agile ways of working
•Communicates business critical information at senior levels
•Requires negotiation and persuasion skills, interpretation and efficient communication of complex information
•Service mind-set; solution connected to problem, customer experience approach
