As the Supply Operations Specialist you will drive detailed planning, scheduling and order management to assure agreed delivery performance level to country organizations (both US and CA). Develop and manage relationship with internal suppliers, with E2E planning team and with commercial stakeholders for all supply related matters, such as demand/supply planning, analysis and order management to guarantee high customer service level. The role also encompass analytical tasks to support key business initiatives.

Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Establish and oversee an optimal supply plan, with the goal to optimize customer service level, inventory level and operational cost
• Design and implement supply chain models that support business strategies which can adapt to changing market conditions, new business opportunities or cost reduction strategies
• Responsible for timely order fulfillment including organization and management of physical shipment of goods in collaboration with transport team
• Maximize BIR (Business Increase Request) success rate to support business growth by building demand / supply scenarios working closely with supply sites, Franchise and Sales teams
• Design and execute S&OP meetings with sites and understand key LCM initiatives
• Track and optimize business KPI's to provide best OTIF, inventory, write off results
• Data collection and analysis & inventory reconciliation
• Participate in the coordination of LCM events, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions.

The ideal location for this role is our head office site but remote work may be possible (there may be some exceptions based on legal entity registration). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. If associate is remote, all home office expenses and any travel/lodging to our head office for periodic live meetings will be at the employee’s expense. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager.

Minimum Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:
• Bachelor in Business specialized in Logistics. APICS certification will put candidate in advantage.
• 3-5 years planning experience in an industrial operations environment. Experience working in a GMP environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for networking and influencing with internal and external stakeholders
Supply Chain principles – extensive knowledge and understanding of materials management principles such as (but not limited to) MPS, MRP, purchasing, distribution, import/export, transportation, etc.
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to accuracy and respect of deadlines
• Pharmaceutical production: knowledge of pharmaceutical operations and industry practices (preferred).
• Bilingual: Excellent English spoken and written, basic French written and spoken..
