As part of the IMI transformation, we have a newly open position of Head of Market Access. This role is critical and responsible for leading the value framework for the product portfolio and the generation of real-world evidence.
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide data and models to establish value prospect for drugs in early and late stage development and partner with BD&L
• Drive decision-making through the stage gate process, advising clinical, medical, and program management of any external data regarding market feasibility
• Co-create a path with payers to disencumber access and determine key patient and economic outcomes required
• Generate real world evidence, proactively designing trials, coordinating data and ensuring the correct data end points
• Integrate and coordinate with the franchises to develop the brand plan
• Lead the scientific basis for outcomes-based contracting
• Ensure US market needs are represented in global plans
• Lead the Market Access team of 10-12 people; build a best-in­ class team and succession pipeline- attracting, developing, and retaining top talent for the organization with a patient-centric mindset

Minimum Requirements

Your Profile:
• Minimum of 10 years in pharma industry with at least 5 years in HEOR
• Coaching and leadership experience.
• Understanding of market access, and experience identifying payer's needs
• Understanding of commercial for market feasibility (e.g., has played a leading role in developing a health economics plan for a launch product or for a primary drug)
• Experience collaborating and innovating across functions and external stakeholders

• Leadership: Setting direction, managing and developing people and teams, analyzing and assessing current and future talent requirements
• Strategy Development: Defining and developing the long-term direction for the function.
• Organizational Representation: Representing the organization externally, with partners, industry representatives, regulators and other key stakeholders.
• Cross-unit Collaboration: Working across functions, geographies, locations, business units, portfolios and P&L’s.
