Technical Competence Center Manger (F/M/D), B2B, Kundl, Austria


500+ million! This is the number of treatments brought to patients worldwide by Sandoz B2B customers. As a Technical Competence Center Manager, you will actively contribute to sustainably grow this number in order to make high-quality medicine accessible for patients all around the globe.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Technical Competence Center Manager, you are responsible to provide technical and quality related services for the assigned product portfolio (API and FDF) in order to support the customer and the business worldwide. And you will act as a domain expert within B2B for serialization and professional track & trace applications (TTA).

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Control and operate with SAP systems (SAP ERP, ATTP, ICH) and supporting software systems with focus on serialization / aggregation topics
• Act as a service expert in B2B with a detailed technical, quality, product and process know how
• Support the Global B2B Sales Team to provide cutting edge technical and quality-related services to customers.
• Monitor/understand internal and external business drivers and manage site-/product-related resources (Production, QA, Compliance) to fulfil customer requirements
• Support sales teams to co-ordinate technical and customer inquiries (incl. claims, questionnaires, etc.) with internal functions (Production, QA, Product Managers, etc.) to facilitate growing sales with new customer/product combinations.
• Expand and maintain a network of contacts in all relevant production sites and with internal and external technical experts, participates and/or organizes meetings and conferences to gather relevant information
• Secure adherence to quality systems, internal guidelines, customer needs and local market regulations in countries worldwide
• Develop a regular training sequence for the Sales teams to make them more familiar with the product-related TCC service portfolio and the relevant procedures
• Participate in technical and project teams and fulfill assigned project tasks and responsibilities
• Support customer audits

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential:

• University degree (life sciences) or comparable education and at least 2 years of work related industrial experience
• SAP expertise
• Project experience
• Pharma production experience
• Very strong communication skills in English, German beneficial
Experience with working in a matrix organization

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 54.788/year (on a full time basis). In most cases, the actual salary will be higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies. We are open for part-time and job sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
