Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• The key partner to the local leadership team, and the single point of contact for above country BPA team.
• Support with the operational conversion of the business and finance strategic goals to operational success for the business.
• Oversee and guide IM P&L and drive dynamic resource allocation across the different businesses in coordination with the country commercial and enabling function teams. Provides advice to support business managers in commercial activities.
• Contribute to various financial processes and finance as well as general projects to support decision making.
• Provide analysis to support the business planning and forecasting process and alignment across the organization.
• Support the implementation of financial compliance and controls to manage risks.
• This position is based in Seoul and is expected little travel.
• This position reports to CFO and work as an individual contributor.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Finance Degree is preferred
• CPA holder or MBA is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience of relevant role
• Business proficient verbal and written English
• Analytical thinking and great financial modeling skills using Excel
• Good communication/influential skills
• Solid time management skill
