Your key responsibilities:
• Ensures direct communication with customers as well as internal and external stakeholders. Provides the customers a good insight into the current supply plan and is responsible for up to date information sharing through system order management toward customers.
• Monitors the implementation of the supply plan in terms of quantity and deadlines in accordance with Pledged operational framework (POF).
• Manages demand control activities (short-term period of 0-3/4 months) and provides input for the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and detailed road mapping.
• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of POFs, and coordinates the alignment of the relevant planning parameters (e.g. minimum order quantities, level of emergency and maximum stock, order lead time, and requirements regarding the shelf-life of good from pending orders) in agreement with tactical planners and customers.
• Responsible for the monthly Demand Review meeting (medium-term period of 3 - 24 months), including demand projections, trend identification, presentation of variations with regard to the latest demand submissions, as a contribution to the Supply Review meeting and the monthly Business Review meeting as part of the Sales and Operations process.
• Cooperates with various stakeholders: Actively striving for coordination with cross-functional experts (e.g. Supply Support Team members, demand planning with customers, planners, master data management, Demand Management Center).
• Leadership of and participation in the projects for finished dosage forms discontinuation. Initiates and coordinates system discontinuation of obsolete SKUs.
• Ensuring compliance with GxP, regulatory and HSE requirements and continuous quality process improvements within the area of responsibility.

What you will bring to the role:
• Minimum university degree (BSc) in economics, business administration or other related discipline.
• Minimal 1 year of working experience.
• Fluent in English or German.
