The ideal location for this role is our East Hanover site but remote work may be possible (there may be some restrictions based on legal entity). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. If associate is remote, all home office expenses and any travel/lodging to specific East Hanover site for periodic live meetings will be at the employee’s expense. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager. This position may require up to 20% travel. This is a US based position. No international relocation will be provided for this position

Reporting to Director, Marketing Data Solutions this role will leverage experience in connecting Pharma internal and external data to ensure processes around accuracy, usability, and integration of data to operationalize omnichannel orchestration.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Drive business analysis for different data assets related to omnichannel engagement and define integration between various data sources
• Develop data integration processes and solutions (e.g., systems, personnel, processes) for end-to-end data management of omnichannel marketing engagement
• Understanding of overall business and end-user data needs
• Shape and translate business and IT strategy needs into realizable, sustainable technology solutions whilst taking end-to-end solution delivery ownership from idea to benefits delivery
• Drive a strategy and associated technology platform roadmaps to build core, common platforms that enable the company to gain insights more effectively from its data
• Drive implementation of next generation OmniChannel solutions (including AI Self Service Bots and RPA/BPA) in alignment with the overall IT and Business Strategic Direction
• Translate the business needs into actionable omnichannel analytic focused initiatives to provide solutions and/or recommendations to enable the business excellence
• Gather and analyze requirements for new data sources and define the business rules for data integration

Minimum Requirements

What will you bring to the role
• BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Business, or other technical degree. Preferred: MS or MBA
• 7+ years of experience as business analyst/data analyst/data management
• Professional experience in life sciences in industry or consulting practice
• Strong understanding of technology, business systems
• Architectural expertise across the business intelligence and data management design principles
• Experience with next generation architectural concepts, including visualization, dashboards, advanced analytics, cloud analytics, big data, artificial intelligence, and/or machine learning
• Good understanding of data systems and tools
• Experience working with commercial, digital, and financial data assets
