General responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for the purchasing key performance Indicators (KPIs) and working with the entire supported function/business units.
• Participating in the development, negotiation and implementation of contract agreements with suppliers.
• Responsible for administration of purchase orders from order placement through completion within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system. (Must ensure vendors' compliance to purchase order requirements)
• Must be organized and able to effectively multitask and pro-actively manage multiple purchase orders on different projects, including managing vendors as necessary.
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and has the demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Prepare applicable documents and records.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for the upper management.
• Collaborate with rest of operations team, as well as AAA corporate functions and other facilities.
• Collaborate with the various different functions for materials, which would be required for the site.
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors
• Build and manage procurement activities for the Indianapolis site.
• Responsible for procurement SOP’s implementation and work instructions for process improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance / Accounts Payables on a daily basis to ensure timely vendor payments, accurate receipts are executed for the production / Supply Chain merchants, accruals and confirm vendor details are added into D365.
• Train and educate super-users about the procurement process control into D365 from end to end.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ year experience in similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge and experience working in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of nuclear medicine industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a small entrepreneurial company
