Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:

• Serve as a focal point of contact for all projects and create strong partnership with partners to contribute by providing consultation on delivery and progress with periodic refurbishments/automations in metrics and visualization across the transparency data by tapping the market trends & requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise, support and consultation to Clients and team on the needs as per the defined parameters. Collaborate with the team and partners to support and ensure coordination of activities to deliver according to expectations.
• Translate Client needs/demand by adding solutions to existing/new projects to find pragmatic insights and solutions. Manage/oversee the Client portfolios and responsible for their delivery and inculcating automations/improvisations.
• Accountable for operational executions of their projects and facilitate change via technology or continuous improvement. Ensure quality control (QC) checks for the assigned projects/deliverable to meet Client expectations.
• Works closely with various stakeholders while implementing/carrying out comprehensive derivable plan. Ensure timely, efficient, high quality delivery for projects and activities. Provide update on the delivery progress to the leadership and other stakeholders.
• Follows and tracks key deliverable and achievements for assigned projects. Ensure accurate and timely reporting with proposed refurbishments .Works closely with Team/Global Product Lead to drive functional expertise in the local team.
• Maintains records for all assigned projects including archiving. Maintains SOP and training compliance and performs additional tasks as assigned. Provide development, training and coaching in order to develop and maintain a talent pool that assures a high performance organization.

Minimum Requirements

What You’ll bring to the role:
• Education: B.Ttech/MBE/MBA/B.Hons in Statistics and Mathematics/MCA.
• 8 to 12 years of overall work experience.
• Strong analytical expertise in the requisite or related field.
• Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively

Desirable requirements:
• Strong Business focus and Client centric approach.
• Strong and proactive and proven ability to provide insights and analytical acumen/ judgement for decision making.
