Job Description

160 Million! This is the number of antibiotics packs that we produce in Kundl and deliver to patients in more than 80 countries all over the world in a year!
In the role you’ll be responsible for development, planning, execution and monitoring of Kundl Quality Antiinfectives OpEx Projects.

Your key responsibilities:
• Development of new Opex projects in collaboration with specific departments.
• Functional and operational support for respective project leads.
• Execution of own Opex projects as project lead.
• Monitoring of all Opex projects in Kundl Quality AI FDF.
• Reporting on progress and achieved savings also in collaboration with Global
functions.
• Monitoring of outsourced activities (e.g. QSC in India) from cost and
efficiency perspective.
• Strong input for continuous improvement of local and outsourced processes in
close collaboration with affected departments.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree in natural sciences (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology or similar).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in pharmaceutical industry with focus on Operational Excellence, efficiency projects, project management, GMP/QA or QC.
• Fluent English and German language (written and spoken).
• Reliability, someone who can work independently and take responsibility for their own tasks.
• Good decision making skills.
• Being focused on results and quality of the work.
• Ability to operate in a global matrix environment.

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 54.788,30/year (on a full time basis).
