Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Prepare the product marketing plan (develop strategy and tactics using global product documentation, if any). Prepares periodic reports on market analysis, competitors' analysis and prepares prompt response to market trends.
• Continuously updates sales plans and forecasts. Carefully supervises new product launches (within the marketing mix). Carries out field visits together with the promotion force (Medical representatives & Pharmacy representatives) offering support and evaluation of field activities.
• Presents to the promotion force the marketing strategy and regularly monitors the proper implementation of the programs and strategy.
• Participates in events organized by professional associations in the medical / pharmaceutical field. Identifies trends, opportunities and threats by assigned product groups and proposes appropriate measures - from new launches to withdrawals.
• Develops and handles budgets and profit and loss account to support recommended activities, ensuring long-term profitability of products, in accordance with group strategies.
• Monitors, controls and prepares periodic reports on product budgets, forecasts and expenditures; evaluates the marketing mixes of products assigned to promoted to evaluate product performance, cost efficiency and results.
• Manages and optimizes relationships with medical companies and medical professional organizations, by developing effective relationships.
• Monitors the implementation of the segmentation and targeting strategy in the internal CRM system in accordance with the “CRM Processing” procedure in force.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Diploma in university studies, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Proficient Romanian and English both written and spoken.
• Driving license B.
• Min. 3 years of OTC marketing experience on a similar role within the pharma industry.
• Experience in therapeutic areas is an advantage.
• Multichannel Marketing experience inc. Digital, (Marketing).
• Financial Savvy.

Desirable Requirements:
• Brand Manager, Marketing, Medical rep or sales rep. experience
• Launch experience and exposure to international cooperation.
