Job Description

30,000!! That is the number of Novartis Field Personnel that we impact through Data and Analytics.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide sales force analytics support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs & Regional marketing and sales teams) on various high complexity sales force Incentive Operations using Javelin.
• Facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics.
• Support GBS-GCO business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support, support team lead in all business related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Build of Incentive Compensation systems using the tool Javelin Incentive Managers.Incentive compensation (Plan-Design-Admin).
• Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services
• Advanced MS-office skills (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint) VBA and MS-Access knowledge will be an added advantage

• Pharmaceutical industry domain knowledge.
• Knowledge in Incentive operations.Experience:3-4years.
• Knowledge in Javelin Incentive Manager

• Advance proficiency in excel and SQL
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Overall Experience: 3-4yrs


Desirable requirements:
