Job Description

We are looking for a ‘People Partner’ to join our People&Organizational team in Headquarter Office, Istanbul.

• Support the P&O Business Partner in the operational conversion of the P&O strategic goals.
• Provide support and specific advice in the implementation of various P&O processes (i.e: performance management, recruitment & selection, induction for new hires, talent management, succession planning) for a predefined population in close cooperation with the respective process expert(s).
• Support the P&O BP with relevant and accurate reports on compensation and specified P&O Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data.
• Maintain accurate and efficient daily P&O principles, practices and policies, and be the department expert on all administrative practices and policies.
• Support P&O BP in analyzing skill gaps and development opportunities within client group.
• Contribute to P&O projects at country or BU level.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields.
• Strong English knowledge with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively at all levels
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Strong communication, listening, multi-tasking, follow-up, organisation and interpersonal skills
• Effective planning and organizational skills with the result-oriented approach
• Team working and customer oriented mindset
• Analytical and Result oriented attitude
• Able to perform in a highly dynamic environment requiring multitasking & correct prioritization.
• No military obligation for male candidates.

External Candidates:

• At least 2 years work experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist with proven experience in Employee Relations, preferably in Pharma.

Internal Candidates:
• At least 2 years experience at Sandoz,
• Minimum expected performance,
• Not involved any disciplinary process last 1 year.
