As a Head of Business Strategy and Special Projects, you will maximize business performance through rigorous analysis of Pharma market to identify and develop winning go to market strategic growth initiatives. You will identify needs and align requirements of the different stakeholders, business units and potential channels to drive the company strategy and work with Portfolio Team to recommend products pipeline and deliver forecasts and define sourcing strategy either in house or BD&L needs.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Primary responsibility is to support and drive strategic business projects for Sandoz with the aim of maximizing economic value and securing future competitive advantage.
• Plan, develop, and lead projects, based around key Sandoz products in major markets, that deliver substantially greater outcome improvement than from the product alone
• Deliver substantially greater financial rewards for Sandoz based on this to design and deliver an organization-wide capability.
• Lead and independently own individual workstreams with guidance from overall project manager(s)
• Generate strategic insights based on best-in-class analysis, distill outputs and recommendations which enable informed decisions of top leaders
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree in Pharmaceutical Science/ Science / Management or MBA
• More than 10 years of Business Development & Licensing experience, Project Management or Sales/Marketing Leadership
• MNC experience preferred
• Preferred pharmaceutical background, digital marketing experience
• Extensive sales leadership experience, documented performance track record; Good understanding of country, regional and local dynamics, including regulatory and market environments
• Able to understand changing dynamics of pharmaceutical industry
• Proficient and fluent in English and Thai (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills.
