2 billion people still lack access to therapies they need! In Senior Global Product Launch Manager’s position you play a key role to ensure patient access to innovative treatments through owning the launch readiness process for key global launches.

You will drive successful product launch readiness preparations through leading cross functional teams and you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative ways to enhance launch excellence.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Senior Global Product Launch Manager leads launch readiness of priority / complex products through cross functional coordination and by proactively addressing ongoing challenges with functional teams
• Ensure launch readiness of assigned launch projects, as per defined success criteria.
• Ensure transparent communication and information flow across the product launch team
• Provide status updates to major stakeholders as needed/ input into monthly reporting’s including SEC updates
• Ensure operational launch readiness of key launches through launch readiness reviews (Region / Country / Key Molecule) with collaboration from regional and functional representatives. Lead cross functional teams (Development, BD, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Patent and Legal, NTO, ESO, Quality, Commercial) and ensure overarching coordination to maximize launch opportunities
• Identify operational bottlenecks and core risks proactively and manage appropriately/ establish risk mitigation plans to ensure on time and successful launches
• Represent GLM in relevant external boards / decision making forums
• Supports Director GLM in recruitment process; Provides senior support to new joiners through “buddy” program.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree, scientific or business background is of an advantage, project management skills mandatory
• Fluent written & spoken English, German is nice to have
• Several Years in Project Management or comparable roles with cross functional scopes, optimally in Gx/ Pharmaceuticals
• Having worked with different cultures/ in an international environment/ in a cross functional matrix and At least 2 years of experience launch management
• Experience in leading teams without formal authority and managed through people challenges
• Ability to comfortably address senior audience; Ability to deputize Director GLM upon request
