Your key responsibilities:

• Bring support to the different Business Units (BUs) that Order Management (OM) provides services (Pharma, Oncology & Sandoz)

• Manage and control order management processes reception, capture, follow-up and resolution of incidents related to order processing and issuance of Financial and Operational Credit Notes in PEP and SHAPE

• Support to Internal and External customers of the different BUs that OM attends (Key Interactions) as well as to wholesalers and several customers

• Generate and analyse different kinds of reports (Cockpits, Billing, Cut Sales, Orders Processed, Pending Report, Denied Report, etc.) that contribute to the follow-up of the operation and decision-making

• Ability to challenge the Quo status to standardize and streamline processes according to the guidelines established by Novartis aimed to optimize time and resources that could generate savings to the company

• Collaboration in local and global projects on process improvements Administration and control of 3 Way Match (reporting and digital archive)

• Knowing and managing applications for e-invoicing and EDI

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, IT.

• At least 3 years’ experience in order management and knowledge of supply chain, logistics and finance

• English (intermediate - advanced)

• Ability to profile customers and partner with customer Analysis & synthesis of business information Problem solving

• Desirable to have knowledge of direct sales to government process

• Knowledge of SAP (SD module)
