As a Senior Scientist in the Translational Medicine PK Sciences Bioanalytical group, you will have the opportunity to make a difference.

In this laboratory-based Senior Scientist role, you will apply your hands-on expertise to the bioanalysis of small and large molecule therapeutics, including gene therapies, cell therapies, antibody-drug conjugates, bi-trispecific/ScFV antibodies, oligonucleotides/siRNA, proteins and peptides. You will work with an elite team of scientists involved in the development and qualification of small and large molecule assays supporting pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and immunogenicity studies across all phases of the drug discovery & development pipeline. Additionally, you will contribute to new technology platform evaluations to improve support for challenging new therapeutic modalities.


Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

•Independently design, develop, qualify and implement bioanalytical ligand binding assays (LBAs) and qPCR (polymerase chain reaction) assays for PK, TK, PD and ADA assessment supporting various modalities such as biologics, oligonucleotides and cell and gene therapy platforms.
•Complete study sample analysis and draft the bioanalytical report in support of urgent project requests.
•Represent the bioanalytical function on project teams and present results, data interpretation, timelines etc. at project team meetings
•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate new bioanalytical technologies and solutions to support challenging project requests

Minimum Requirements

What you bring to the role:

• B.S. or M.S. in chemistry, biochemistry or related field with minimum 3 years of relevant lab experience in a pharmaceutical, CRO or related industry.
• Hands-on experience with the development of large molecule LBAs and qPCR workflows with an understanding of a broad range of bioanalytical platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in generating and documenting bioanalytical data, interpretation of bioanalytical data, and authoring study reports.
• Strong engagement, interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic matrixed working environment. Agility and willingness to learn, implement, and teach new bioanalytical techniques to support the evolving portfolio.
