Job Purpose
Value Access organization aims to establish long-term partnership with HCS stakeholders, systematically generate customer insights, maximize patient access, drive self-pay to reimbursement working with public and private stakeholders.

We are looking for a HEOR and Access Strategy Manager who will be respon-sible for the development and tactical execution of market access and pricing strategy for early pipeline products.


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and tactical execution of market access and pricing strategy for early pipeline products
• Ensure pricing and access strategy development and implementation of early pipeline products to maximize product lifecycle
• Collaborate with global and NPP colleagues in developing commercial strategy and providing insights from access perspective to identify novel business opportunities in China
• Proactively monitor external environment, customers, and competitors to identify long-term access and commercial opportunities
• Timely provide input to global and regional cross-functional teams based on local pricing and access policies
• Develop and execute HEOR projects to generate evidence for early pipeline products
• Identify the gap of evidence and provide inputs to IEP at early stage to support long-term access strategy
• Develop HEOR evidence generation strategy, design and execute HEOR/RWE research, including disease burden, CEA, BIA, PRO and RWE research

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Education: Master’s degree or above in economics, marketing or healthcare-related discipline
• Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese Mandarin; Good in both written and spoken English
• Experience: 4+ years’ experience in access or commercial department within pharmaceutical industry
• Strong project management skillsets
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
• Business acumen and strategic thinking
