As a SFE Manager you will own the analytical aspects of SFE management: performance analysis, planning, resource allocation, deployment, modeling and territory management. Design and implement standardized quantitative and qualitative KPI at country level with help of regional SFE. Propose and monitor action plan whenever appropriate.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Manage SFE Reporting System, Data Analysis & Maintenance, Sales Incentive, communication with Sales & Marketing teams, coach associates on analytical capability and skills etc.
• Drive sales in terms of setting sales targets, market share growth of promoted products, achieving desired sales force performance ratios by developing consistency of SFE standards and expectations across the Sandoz teams.
• Effectively design and implement QTQ (Quality, Targeting, and Quantity) standard parameters via FF Calendar and process that are displayed as a systematic reporting system (QTQ Dashboard). Responsible in communicating the dashboard during conferences, RBD Meetings, Business Reviews and Commercial Meeting and/or Weekly Sales Communication.
• Provide a monitoring progress report vs. plans/success factors re-directing as appropriate sales force focus to deliver required results both in sales, customer analysis and QTQ that are being leverage as part of Sales and Marketing Plan.
• Define and develop the annual sales plan template (account planning or sales tracking template) with the National Sales Manager and manage its implementation through the sales management team.
• Based on plan requirements to formulate and design reward/incentive programs that will drive the sales teams to achieve sales targets and aspire to over achieve. Develop consistency of standards and expectations across Sandoz teams.
• Provide direction and support for sales support staff to enable the team to support the field force in delivering their targets with customized reports.
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting SFE KPIs, analyze reports to identify issues and areas for improvement.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Graduate of Management/Marketing qualification preferred
• Proficiency in English both in spoken and written is a must.
• A minimum 5 years’ experience in SFE position.
• Marketing or Sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Proven track record in managing SFE related projects
• An ability to influence or inspire sales team to buy-in new concept and behavior change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting business relationships
• Good ability of business analysis and training skills
• Good skill in operating Microsoft office (Excel, PPT, etc)
