Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Job Purpose - Responsible for controlling and reporting on CAPEX projects within shared organization
• Strategy & Organizational Development Prepare monthly engineering reports with key KPIs (Capex, Maintenance, HSE and Quality) and Support internal and external audits. Lead the Training Curriculum for own Job Profile
• Maintenance & Calibration Create / maintain / verify engineering documents (protocols, drawings, lists, schedules, diagrams, layouts, calculations, datasheets)
• As part of Project Engineering & Control Develop Project Cost Estimation & Value Improvement Review, Perform Project Risk Assessment and Perform project cost & schedule benchmarking
• Prepare Project Controlling & Execution Plans and Define project risk management (safety, quality, functional, project execution)
• Perform project evaluations (e.g. Technical Quality Review (TQR), constructability). Perform project monitoring & reporting (cost, schedule, risks) and Establish Project Change Management & handle changes
• Implement Project Stage Gate keeping and Project Definition Level Rating (PDRI). Set up project claim management and Develop test specification / plan for commissioning & qualification in projects

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• High impact on successful project outcome. Responsibility to advise project managers and Steering Committee members on cost & schedule development/issues.
• Through that impact on life cycle costs of plant and subsequently on Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
• Create / maintain / verify CAPEX Project on time, budget, quality. Project evaluations completed on time, no critical observations.
• Driven business cases resulting in approved CARs. Safety standard implemented during projects and operations, no critical findings in HSE audits, no LTI and SIF.
• Develop project turn over plan and Lead project deficiencies and deviations. Create final project report and feedback project Benchmarking data and lessons learned

Desirable requirements:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering/Technologist program or equivalent with specialization in project controls, optional business degree
• Min of 15 years of hands-on projects management and controlling in an international environment in Pharmaceutical/Health care industry and Must to have Pharmaceutical facility Design experience in OSD/Injectable/API/Onco/Biotechnology /Vaccine manufacturing facility
