Job Description
Develops & executes digital programs for Japan in line with Sandoz global and regional digital priorities which support long term business goals with significant potential to impact company earnings. Responsibilities include gathering market digital insights for HCPs, Patients and other healthcare stakeholders using both primary & sec-ondary information, benchmarking, & opportunity evaluation for Sandoz to accelerate Digital in Japan vs com-petitors, developing a short, medium and long term Digital strategy and roadmap for Japan, collaborating with various internal functions and stakeholders to align on the strategy, managing internal communication and change management on digital strategy and aligning and collaborating with Sandoz International Region com-munity on a broad range of digital initiatives.

Minimum Requirements
More than 10 years working experience in Digital,
have sales/digital/e-commerce management experience preferably in MNCs with exposure and experience in healthcare. Experience in brand marketing or trade marketing is a plus.
