Job Description

Major Accountabilities

 Knowledge of both own and competitors’ products, relative disease and R&D initiatives within own TA, understand the impact of national healthcare & regulatory environment change
 Design fit-for-purpose hospital strategy and market campaign based on in-depth marketing understanding and insights, including portfolio strategy, market access strategy, promotion strategy, external platform, tools and systems of multi-brand products with support from internal teams (sales force/BU teams/cross-function/etc.)
 Develop promotion materials (incl. DA/PPT/etc.) and selling stories for sales teams, lead and assist multiple forms of training and workshop via excellent presentation skills
 Well understand the behaviors, perceptions and motivations of grass-root hospital deans & HPCs and the patient journey to develop individual and efficient campaigns with impressive key messages of NVS brands and innovative activities to achieve the main target by well analysis and insight of medical data and performance data.
 Design & execute promotion plan via good project management skills, evaluate the KPI performance and summarize the key findings & give feedback to the sales team to improve the campaign impact
 Effective internal (sales force/BU teams/cross-function/etc.) and external communication skills (KOLs /Head &HCP/government agency/academic institution/industry association) to improve the resource synergy effect

Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)

Education: University Degree (life sciences, business administration…)
MBA/MS Advanced Degree
Languages: Excellent English skills in writing and speaking

 2 years marketing experience within related industry
 Proven ability to operate and influence cross-functionally, globally and cross-culturally
 Proven leadership ability cross-functionally
 The experience in consulting industry and sales management at early career is nice to have
