Warehouse and Logistics Expert (f/m/d), NTO Site Development, Kundl, Austria

750.000! This is the number of pallets; we move per year. With us, everything is always in Motion! As part of Novartis’ innovative function this is a new role waiting for you to put your own stamp on it.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Being in charge of management of external Warehouses in Austria and Germany
• Being the main contact for external Warehouse partners, Production and Material Planning
• Having a key coordination role and ensuring the timely transport & warehousing of production material and raw materials
• Tracking Stocks in SAP and in alignment with Material Planning
• Prepare forecasts for external partners
• Prepare KPIs and work on RCI and CAPAs with involved stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Education ideally with technical degree or with focus on logistics
• Languages: German – fluently, English – very good
• Proven track record of accomplishment with ca. 3-5 years of professional experience within the areas of logistics, eventually plant or project engineering, mechanical engineering, logistic specialist
• Working with SAP, Excel
• Very good coordination and communication skills; stakeholder management skills
• Self-management and self-organization ability

Desirable requirements:
• Stress resistance, flexibility
• Experience in matrix and/or indirect people management role with solid ability to influence without authority successfully

In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 49.804,58 /year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications.
