People Partner - substitution contract

Sandoz Technical Operation (production site in Stryków) is currently looking for People Partner who will join People& Organization team.

Purpose of the job is to act as a trusted advisor offering in-country policy expertise and knowledge to support and educate leaders, managers, and associates on all P&O topics on the moments that matter. People Partners support customer groups in country enabling the delivery of lifecycle events, the employee value proposition, talent management, learning, performance management, employee relations, rewards, pay and reporting. In addition, People Partners implement P&O change initiatives at a division and/or country level acting as detailed designers and agents of change by working with Business Partners.

Your key responsibilities:

• Support all local “hire to retire” activities of the employee lifecycle
• Act as a leader of P&O project and/or process owner as an example: organizational health survey, people managers quality survey, exit process
• Champions culture and supports implementation of corporate or local initiatives
• Seeks to establish strong relationships with cross-divisional P&O community members to understand needs and challenges and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive buy-in and utilization of data and analytics to identify risk and trends, and to apply these business insights to inform decisions and actions. SME in P&O key KPIs (preparing proper reports included)
• Single Point of contact for cooperation with CoE as P&O Services, Reward, Talent Acquisition, support strategic & operational activities regarding recruitment processes with focus on blue collar workers
• Implementation strong employer branding activities to bring best talents into organization in line with business need & proper timelines.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role, essentials:

• Education and Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.
• Language: Very good level of English. Polish native as a must.
• Experience with collaborating across boundaries and leading large and/ or diverse multi-functional teams, experience with Operations Management & execution as well as organization scope, scale & complexity.
• Experience with managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.

Desirable skills:
• Employee experience, Employee Relations Policies and Practices
• HR Data Analytics, Contracting with Stakeholders and HR Service Delivery
