Head of Supply Chain (m/f/d), Prague, Czech Republic

40! The number of external Supply Operations and key local distributers you will cooperate with in this exciting role.

As a Head of Supply Chain you will be responsible for the S&OP monthly process at site level to ensure the validation of a manufacturing plan (production and quality release of active substance) at a tactical horizon, guaranteeing an optimal balance between the demand for active substance and the operational resources. You will be leading the site operational excellence journey to improve the performance, productivity, quality in order to ensure the site competiveness.

Your key responsibilities:
• Facilitating monthly S&OP process in accordance with the NOSSCE policy on the S&OP process.
• Contributing to the demand Review with the customer (Global Supply Chain Management) in order to identify major changes and trends (ie products, volumes) to be taken into account in the site's “Supply Review”.
• Facilitating the search for alignment at site level in the case of divergent proposals concerning the use of the site's capacities in the medium and long term, by identifying in particular slots available in production and by facilitating the sharing of resources (staff, equipment, material) with the support of the Manufacturing unit HeadsSite Supply Chain Lead Medium/Small Site.
• Responsible for defining Site specific SC services’ requirements as part of the formal SLA between Site and Ops Center.
• Ensuring implementation and maintenance of best practice standards and processes across operational and tactical planning.
• Establishing an effective governance model for the Site to review and assess regularly the SC service effectiveness and relevant adherence to the define requirements and standards (incl. KPIs)Operations Manager Medium/Small Site.
• Facilitating the search for alignment at site level in the case of divergent proposals concerning the use of the site's capacities in the medium and long term, by identifying in particular slots available in production and by facilitating the sharing of resources (staff, equipment, material) with the support of the Manufacturing unit Heads.
• Responsible for translating the demonstrated Site process capability into accurate planning parameters (e.g. yield and BOM adjustment, TPT & TPLT review) Associate Director, Supply Chain Management / Group Head.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or Technology or equivalent.
• Experience in People Leadership Operations Management and Execution Project Management.
• Collaborating across boundaries.
• Fluent in English and Czech.
• Knowledge of Czech law and regulations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
