The Process Manager - Global Planning Tool will be responsible to sustain and improve standardization, harmonization, usability and quality of Supply Chain planning tools and lead change management within the global planning community for implementation of system updates, fixes and enhancements. He/She will actively drive the planning tools knowledge of local – regional – global experts and super users.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
•Regularly train super user and experts communities from countries, sites and global functions to make sure they have the proper system tools knowledge and update or integrate, in case of projects, system tools global training material
•Act as a global escalation level in case of system tools issues and change requests and propose ideas for solution
•Initiate and implement system tools improvement proposals coming from own ideas, program updates with new functionality, sites, countries, excellence or any other source
•Act as a bridge between Business and IT to make sure system tools adjustments fully support business requirements
•Implement system tools enhancements or updates with proper operational testing, training and change management
•Participate in new system tools projects to build system and process knowledge to enable smooth transfer into regular sustain
•Support system tools related projects go live and hyper care phase; system tools examples for Supply Chain planning domain: APO DP, Futurcast, SPO, Shape, ShapeUp, PEP, Optimizer, Kinaxis RR
•Actively monitor system usage and drive it to the full extend

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
•University degree in operations management or related discipline
•Fluent command of English (spoken & written)
•Broad knowledge (minimum 5 years) in SCM field experiencing different levels with different accountabilities
•Broad knowledge (minimum 5 years) in core processes of ERP Systems (SAP); Demand Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Management and Data Management
•Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
•Exposure to change management projects and continuous improvement initiatives
•Mentoring/coaching experience
•Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred
