Job Description

2x Patient Reach, 2x Faster! This is the vision of our newly established IMI China.
• Build up and revise incentive simulation/forecast/analysis template with automatic data processing and check points to support incentive design and BU needs.
• Support Incentive Head in regular incentive cycle planning.Build up regular incentive report in time with accuracy.Conduct comprehensive in-depth analysis starting from incentive and including performance, behavior, market data, etc. to deliver key messages under directional high-level guidance from Incentive Head.
• Communicate with BP and other operation teams to complete incentive tasks and address business needs.
• Lead incentive related project to provide tools for field (e.g. simulator, policy poster, payout report)
• Optimize incentive calculation and operation process with cross team to improve efficiency.
• Conduct incentive communication to field.
• Conduct cross BU analysis or lead cross BU project when necessary.Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Incentive Head or FE Head.

Minimum Requirements

Key Experience & Success Profile:
• More than 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical SFE functions. At least 2 years’ experience in Incentive or BP role.
• Skillful at incentive full cycle tasks, including design/update scheme, calculation, operation, and communication.
• Sound knowledge of performance and behavior data, internally and externally. Strong logical thinking and story telling capability to drive business insight.
• Strong communication and influencing capability with win-win mindset in driving cross function initiatives.
• Fluent in both written and oral English.
• Strong resilience, curious about new things, customer focused, result-driven, agile to change, and long-termism.
