Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Main area of responsibility is to ensure timely communication and sales readiness for all tendered products within Sandoz and throughout the sales channel via wholesalers and pharmacies.
• Responsibility for full financial transparency in Nordic Hospital tender channel (Go to person in relation to Clawback and invoice handling).
• Ensure internal CF collaboration on changes and stock-outs and external communication to Tender Authorities on changes and stock outs.
• Extract and compile relevant reports and statistics, including market statistics.
• Single point of contact for Tender Authorities in relation to contracts, -prolongations, -prices etc.
• Close collaboration with Tender Analyst and Product launch responsible as well as being an integrated part of the Nordic Hospital tender team

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Education: Msc in Economy [Cand Polit]; [Pharma economist + HD] or [CandMerc + LIF] or Pharma economist [Pharmacist + HD]
• English Fluently Business Level (read and write) and either DK,NO or SE on mother tongue level.
• Insight in Hospital Tender work or from Hospital Pharmacy for example in purchasing or Tender Authority experience in building tenders.
• Drive projects/collaboration in Matrix organizations
• Good IT skills
