As a Training Manager, you will lead, develop, define and nationally implement sales training and development strategy and programs in the Country in close cooperation with Commercial team. Provide support and guidance cross-functionally between sales and marketing to enhance field force productivity and effectiveness. Oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes by in-field coaching and accompanied visit with field force and first line managers.
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Establish a training and development strategy that meets the needs of the organization strategic plan and longer-term goals.
• Identify training needs and design, develop or select training programs to continually improve the standards and performance of the sales force.
• Build salesforce’s competency model and conduct necessary trainings based on the development needs.
• Champion the development of the sales force via various sales tools. Evaluate performance, appraisal and provide solution to develop, motivate and retain high performers.
• Put in place necessary recognition programs for high performers.
• Control and construct sales force training budget.
• Lead to design field force career pathway and enforce training to improve competency for field force career development.
• In Field Coaching for sales force to ensure selling skills have been improved

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Bachelor/ Master degree in Medical, Pharmacy or MBA
• Must have a proven operational experience in sales and sales force management (preferably in Pharma) or in Sales Training and Development related role.
• Marketing or Sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• At least minimum 5 years of experience in a sales training or Sales Management position.
• An ability to influence or inspire sales team to buy-in new concept and behavior change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting business relationships
• Good ability of business analysis and training skills
• Good skill in operating Microsoft office (Excel, PPT, etc).
