As a Head of Business Intelligence, you will lead thorough analysis on the market situation, business environment and suggest the best options to serve business needs. This position is a key partner and decision driver for the commercial organization and financial decision making to provide support to commercial team through maximizing internal and external information such as CRM, IMS data, ZIP Insider or ZIP Infrared etc. and flag opportunity, performance gap and propose recommendation.

Your Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Work with SFE Department in Data Analysis & Maintenance, with commercial team to design communication with Sales & Marketing teams, coach associates on analytical capability and skills etc. Coordinate in business processes (sales force, marketing, finance, commercial etc.).
• Design, provide specialized support and maintain relevant and effective reporting systems to deliver required reports and dashboard (e.g., sales, productivity, listing, etc.).
• Maximize use of database management (CRM), business intelligence (BI), IMS data, ZIP Insider or ZIP Infrared by sales force through alignment with commercial team and market demands.
• Consolidate reporting and analysis of sales & marketing and related key performance indicators and provide recommendation to commercial team.
• Be responsible and be proactive in monitoring, tracking and analyzing reports to identify issues and areas for improvement.
• Ensure excellent cross functional alignment/integration of all commercial team processes, policies and interactions both within commercial team and business partner.
• Recommend key initiatives to drive growth obtained from your analysis of the market. Conduct and present a thorough analysis on the market situation and competition
• Manage project to ensure project deliverable completeness and compliance with the project management process standard as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical or other related discipline.
• Must have a proven operational experience in sales and sales force management (preferably in Pharma) or SFE related role in FMCG or large field force-based industry or experience in IMS or Pharma consulting on field force optimization projects.
• Marketing or Sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in database management, business analysis, Sales Force Effectiveness
• An ability to influence or inspire sales team to buy-in new concept and behavior change
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting business relationships
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good skill in operating Microsoft office (Excel, PPT, etc).
