Job Description

500 million+ – this is the number of patients treated with a Sandoz medicine globally. A division of Novartis, Sandoz is a global leader in generic and biosimilar medicines is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Manager.

Major Accountabilities

• To strategically identify future products through the construction and evaluation of business cases.
• Establish and execute pipeline tracking, monitoring and strategies to secure launch readiness
• Coordinate and inform senior stakeholders on pipeline status.
• Support on wider Portfolio activities to ensure effective implementation of local strategy.
• Analyse UK markets and construct business cases for new products, aligning with the commercial functions on assumptions and impact.
• Collaborate effectively with global, regional and internal functions, including but not limited to Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and Finance.
• Support on the execution of global and regional projects, to ensure key milestones and deadlines are met.
• Pipeline tracking and monitoring, with the ability to communicate status to senior stakeholders.
• Support on the execution and handover of New Product Launches to the commercial and business excellence functions.
• Develop and maintain tracking and analysis tools to enhance processes and decision making.

Minimum Requirements

Key Requirements

• 1-2 years Portfolio/Commercial experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced Excel using complex formulas.
• Adherence to company values and standards.
• Experience of stakeholder management.
• Commercial Forecasting experience


• Evidence of advanced analytical skills.
• Ability to be flexible and multi-task within a fast paced environment.
• Ability to prioritise workload effectively and efficiently.
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
