As Network Specialist SD Channel, you will be responsible for network management in the German speaking part of Switzerland, manage the business relationship and activities with networks in order to foster and extend the relationship and obtain the sales targets. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within network accounts, developing deep understanding of customer challenges with respect to patients and identifying solutions that enhance patient care.
Your Responsibilities:
• Responsible for driving sales, promotion and development in the designated networks (German speaking part of Switzerland) to reach commercial goals

• Develop customer development strategy, dedicated network plans for assigned accounts, align on account objectives and execute as well as contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the Sandoz CRM system

• Establish and develop long-term relationships with key networks. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs & objectives

• Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans and to give strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential and key programs required for the accounts in tight collaboration with line manager

• Prepare and negotiate contracts, and guide initiatives that the company launches to target particular account in alignment with line manager

• Analyze market situation including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors and strive for opportunities

• Organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plans

• Develop an effective sales team through training and coaching or management of key commercial programs

Minimum Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:
• Completed commercial training (e.g. KV apprenticeship or commercial school) or equivalent
• Strong communication skills paired with the ability to build trustful relationships
• Analytical skills with an affinity for numbers
• Adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken), good knowledge of English, French is an advantage
