As a Medical Affairs Manager you will be the dedicated person for the function also open opportunities to deep dive on further expanding the capacity of Medical to lend support to other units of the company. Further, a Medical Manager can lend critical support for the Patient Access and Public Affairs function in both administrative and technical activities for engaging key stakeholders such as government partners.

Having a Medical Affairs Manager will allow keen focus on key medical-related tasks necessary to support Associates.

Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Establish and maintain and credible relationships with leaders with vision / external professionals, local medical and regulatory organizations and key opinion leaders, and academic centers.
• Coordinate with and support business units in scientific meeting, symposia, congresses, Continuous Medical Education (CME) and other medical exchange and engagement activities which could bring value to the therapy area; provide inputs to strategic engagement plan(s) for local customer-facing medical activities and events, and ensure timely execution of planned medical affairs activities in an efficient and compliant way.
• Engage with government units in the execution of Patient Access projects, including coordination with LGU partners for UHC, and participation in key stakeholder meetings and dialogue.
• Support the Function Health in developing the medical affairs strategy in line with the strategy, local insights and market conditions, including engagement plan for local customer-facing medical activities and events.
• Provide scientific input into the development and execution of clinical trial or research activities, including initiation and over-sight of studies / clinical research.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Advanced degree in related field, e.g. MD, PhD,
• Significant experience in the capacity (at least 2 years)
• In depth knowledge of the Pharma value chain and environment, healthcare services and communication field
• Excellent interpersonal communications and influencing skills
• Strong analytical skills.
