4! That’s the number of markets, that the Head of People and Organisation will be overseeing in Asia Cluster for Sandoz. You will be managing Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Bangladesh and be part of a leadership that will have an inspiring growth story in 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to partner with senior leaders to prepare the organization for the future.
• Capable of developing current and future leaders.
• Experience in coaching, influencing, and providing feedbacks to senior leaders.
• Growth mindset to pivot and adjust HR plans and initiatives across multiple markets to respond to changing business needs.
• Ability to identifying talent issues before they impact the business and implement simple/impactful plans with leaders.
• Can identify and use P&O metrics to drive discussion, people and business decisions.
• Champion and represent country talent interests within the organizational talent management cycle.
• Advantage to have experience dealing with either startup, turnaround, or transformation situations.
• Ability to make decisions and drive implementation.
• Appetite to learn, grow and develop oneself in the role.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University/Advanced degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in P&O with at least 5-7 years of business partnering experience.
• Experience working in MNC environment with the ability to work cross-culturally in a matrix organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen, with the ability to navigate through complexity.
• Great agility and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong experience in change management, talent management and organisational development will be an advantage.
