Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to

• Provides day-to-day Time Services Delivery operations with compiling and entering time & attendance data and reconcile errors to maintain accurate and complete time & attendance records, all in timely and accurate manner.
• Acts as SME for Times Services related to data and processes and Ensures maintenance of all relevant HR related data is correct and complete
• Respects and follows the payroll calendar to prepare the necessary payroll inputs
• Resolves time & attendance related queries and issues within the standard established time frames raised by various partners, incl. associates
• Calls out requests and issues that cannot be resolved directly to the appropriate customer concern point of contact (i.e. IT / Time Services Unit Lead)
• Ensures all Times Services Delivery performance metrics and KPIs are met and Chips in to and supports projects in scope for P&O Services and Perform other tasks as specified by Line Manager
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and good judgement, in addition to high-level attention to detail, analyzing information, thoroughness, general math and reporting skills is must.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Maintains compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines and other relevant guidelines across identified geographies
• Performs country specific Data consistency check and Provides regular training to new and established partners on the use of the Time and Attendance system
• Excellent spoken and written English and Additional knowledge of Spanish, French, German, Mandarin added advantage
• Experience with transformation initiatives and transition projects is a plus and Proven attention to detail and end-to-end process
• Willing to work in shifts ( including USA timing shift for 6pm – 2am).

Desirable requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate Degree or equivalent from reputed institute with Proficiency in English - other languages are an advantage
• Hands-On experience of 2-3 years in HR Services (Time Services operation on a Time Solution platform) either in Payroll-Time and good to have HR Technologies and working in project within a global organization. Workday / SAP system / MS Office knowledge is a plus
