2 business units, Retail and Bio & Specialty is what it takes for Sandoz in The Netherlands to fulfil our mission in delivering medicine to patients. By staying ahead of the market and representing the Digital & Commercial Excellence team, this role will help the company to make a difference in achieving its goals and engaging with our customers and thereby retain our market leader position in the Dutch market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Act as CRM country lead to ensure optimal local use and support the company’s multichannel customer engagement ambitions;
• Drive Go-to-Market considerations with holistic content and services by implementing existing shared services (e.g. content creation center, customer engagement center);
• Manage Field Force productivity, align to local strategic objectives and improve quality and transparency;
• Activate insights at scale to win with our customers;
• Drive and continuously improve the data & insights generation, targeting and segmentation process reflecting all relevant aspects of the Dutch go-to-market model and the digital transformation journey;
• Comprehensively consider, design and leverage relevant data and data sources;
• Support Sandoz Netherlands effectively achieving its goals with insightful analytics and digital tools/channels based on the full universe of data and applications available.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
• 3 to 4 years of Commercial and/or Sales experience;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) Dutch speaker preferred;
• Experience in working with large sets of data from various functions/backgrounds, commercial project implementations, digital transformation, data warehouse and governance projects;
• Able to work independently and with high quality in day-to-day business partnering;
• Ability to define KPIs to measure impact;
• Identification of risks and opportunities with top- and bottom-line impact;
• Creates consistency and is able to standardize & automate;
• Make our channels work smarter and improve channel effectiveness;
• Ability to propose holistic and pragmatic solutions reflecting the cross-functional set-up.

Desirable Requirements:
• Recognized sales, project management and/or data management certifications.
