Medical representative (m/f/d)

As a Medical representative (m/f/d) for west side Slovenia, you will implement the plan, and accelerate the market share growth for allocated products in the assigned region in Slovenia.

Your key responsibilities:
• Implementing the annual plan related to the products in the assigned area. Drawing up and implementing the annual plan (number and quality of visits) in the assigned area of work with target physicians in order to optimize the number of visits.
• Checking the market segmentation, maintaining and updating customer data, and amending the visit-related reporting data. Proposing promotional campaigns to increase the market share and to improve customer service. Providing key, detailed information to target customer groups.
• Ensuring and maintaining updated competition data (e.g. marketing tactics and activities, gathering of materials on competitors).
• Jointly with other medical representatives, aligning the visiting cycles to achieve optimum coverage and impact. Collecting and recording the data relevant to identify the target customers, and systematically using the ETMS system or any other system.
• Regularly analyzing product performance in the assigned area, and the market data on a particular segment (brick-level), and proposing an action plan.
• Ensuring proper preparation and monitoring of specific training modules (physician, product, promotional capabilities, ETMS).
• Responsibility for the management of samples in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice in order to ensure the finished products quality.
• In case of product-related complaints, forwarding the complaints to the Quality Assurance Responsible person (QARP). In case of adverse event reports, forwarding them immediately to the organization responsible person.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role:
• University degree in medicine, veterinary science, biology, biological sciences, natural sciences.
• Functional knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Driving license (B).
• Good communication skills, proactivity, self initiative.
• Proficiency in communication through digital channels.
• Ability to operate in a global matrix environment.

We offer fixed term employment, with a 6 month probation period.
