Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Product Stewardship (including packaging process):
• Design, execute and document experiments for products assigned in the context of process transfer, process improvement and process validation.
Validation (including packaging validation)
• Prepare and review appropriate GxP documentation including change requests.
• Support maintenance of QRAs, contribute to determination of process control strategy based on CQAs and where necessary on CPP, CMA to support ongoing process verification (OPV).
• Document and report results in accordance with the quality standards.
Launch and Transfer (including packaging process transfer)
• Participate in Tech Transfer activities from laboratory to industrial scale, support validation activities. Provide scientific and organizational responsibility for managing project tasks. Plan and execute experiments to support production trials and document results in reports.
• Actively support the transfer of manufacturing procedures to production.
Manufacturing Excellence (including packaging process)
• Identify improvement options of current processes, propose business cases. Ensure that cost benefits are delivered according to targets.
• Support root cause investigation for deviations, OOS, OOT by designing and executing experiments, analyzing data & interpretation of results.

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• Adequate scientific or technical knowledge in a specific area (such as processing and packaging).
• Basic presentation skills, good communication skills.
• University degrees (BSc or MSc) from chemistry, biologics, pharma (including pharma packaging) or any other appropriate natural sciences.

Desirable requirements:
• Preferable 3 year experience in the pharmaceutical environment.
