15 colleagues are working closely together to drive our commercial success of the Retail business unit. By providing analytical insights and analysis on the market developments and maintaining high accuracy standards you are helping with the pricing and tender strategy from Sandoz!

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Translate strategies into concrete prices and ensure that the correct prices are adequately integrated into the systems;
• Provide analysis and support to develop and implement pricing strategies;
• Ad hoc analyses for management or business stakeholders on pricing & tender;
• Facilitate the pricing meeting by LAIP, minutes, and administrative follow-up (monthly);
• Coordinate NFCM review cycle for sales processes, i.e., Care, management, and monitoring of the management procedures and processes in the review cycle;
• Support tender bidding processes for Health Insurers Companies;
• Develop complex models and analyses to assess bidding scenarios for tenders to maximize both top and bottom-line results;
• Innovation and quality in pricing & tender (operational) excellence;
• Define, analyze and propose price improvements to capture commercial opportunities;
• Manage and Maintain the Global- and Local tender tools (TiTAN/Hawkeye).

Minimum Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:
• 3-5 year’s experience/background in a similar position within multinational companies;
• HBO work- and thinking level;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken) Dutch (advantage);
• Strong Excel knowledge;
• Likes to work with data (Data & Digital);
• Strong analytical capabilities;
• Highly accurate;
• Team Player;
• A positive 'can-do' attitude;
• Commercial Mindset.

Desirable Requirements:
• SAP knowledge;
• Alteryx;
• Pharmaceutical experience.
