Then come and join our Technology Transformation organization as a Strategic Technology Transformation Business Analysts (Associate Director/ Senior Manager level) position focused in the Digital Development Biologics area

What will you be in charge of:

• Performs data analysis, identifies business needs, defines requirements, documents processes and procedures, and advises on ways to be more efficient.

• Create new models based on understanding of how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value.

• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, identifying gaps in existing functionality, opportunities, and solution recommendations.

• Develop project or product rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility

• Develop a comprehensive requirement specification that will determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy solutions

• Develop estimates and complete financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.)

• Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new and/or major upgrades to existing services or products

• Ensure the overall user experience is at the center of the design for new solutions and services and support super user training

• Ensure consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing & validation. Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope

• Keep abreast with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), TT Service Portfolio and with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions and services wherever applicable.

Minimum Requirements

What will you bring to the role ?

• University Degree in IT related professional education (e.g. MSc in Computer Science) OR business/administration professional education (e.g. MBA)
• 5 or more years’ experience with a proven track record as a Business Analyst, including business process analysis & design, user requirements gathering and documentation, workshop facilitation techniques and change management
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/Biosimilar industry with focus on Digital / Biologics Development functions preferred
• Experience in digital solutions is beneficial
• Strong leadership skills to facilitate conversations and drive alignments on Business process transformation, harmonization and design with Business stakeholders
• Track record in strategic design thinking, demand and relationship management
• Very good interpersonal, communication, collaboration and analytical skills with ability to interact with a divers internal and external audience and to interpret and communicate complex information

Preferred :
• Functional/Domain experience in Digital, Development, Biologics
